Over the course of a decade in the hospitality industry, I progressed from an entry-level role to General Manager, sharpening my leadership, problem-solving, and operational expertise. Driven by a deep-seated passion for technology, I made the bold decision to leave that career behind and pursue a Computer Science degree at Northern Kentucky University, with minors in CIT and Mathematics, as well as a certificate in Software Engineering. In my personal time, I unwind by playing music, snowboarding, creating new 3D printing projects, or spending time with my dogs. I have an obsession with self hosting, my homelab has continued to grow over the years and the more I add the greater my desire to continue in tech grows. I’m endlessly fascinated by space and stay closely connected to the latest advancements in the space industry. Moving from hospitality to tech was a major shift, but it’s opened up a world of possibilities—every day, I’m digging into code, experimenting with my homelab, or tracking the latest space breakthroughs, and it’s hard to imagine doing anything else.
